Emotions influence our physical health The main cause of emotional imbalance, according to Ayurveda, is caused by undigested or unprocessed emotions. Each constitution has their own tendency toward which emotions express themselves most easily. Self Love is necessary for true healing. We will explore how to create more balance in our lives & our health through awareness of our relationship with ourself .
