Movement : Most of us understand the benefits of moving our bodies...however, fitting it into our day, getting the type of exercise we need, when we need it, in the way that keeps our particular body in balance is a different story.  Strength, Endurance & Flexibility are all important and finding the balance is the key. You’ll be guided on how to dial in to the right channel for your particular body-type and how to give your body the love & care it needs through movement.
