Rachael's Yoga :

Rachael's style of Yoga is influenced by over 20 years of experience in forms of multi-disciplinary movement & ancient wisdom. She began studies in 1994 with Standing Wave Yoga, and in 1996 began teaching. She went on to gain certification with Integrative Yoga Therapy, and after teaching at Harbin Hot Springs for several years, moved to Marin County where she's been sharing Yoga for over 16 years.  Rachael is a Certified Yoga Therapist with over 1000 hours. She enjoys combining Yoga Nidra with Hatha Yoga for supporting students to deepen self connection & cultivate a self-loving approach to their practice. She also enjoys applying awareness of Ayurveda into the design of her classes according to the season.
